Leading the Way

For over 20 years, ����԰ has led the way among the state’s community colleges in travel study opportunities. Our Honors Institute has offered a long-running, and ongoing, program for students to spend spring break in Southwest England while earning course credit. Our “sister college,” Bridgwater and Taunton College, has partnered with ����԰ as we have developed new educational programs together, fostered economic relationships with our surrounding industries, and created staff development opportunities. It’s not unusual for a cohort of British students and faculty to descend on the ����԰ campuses in the spring semester and join our own students in some of their classes.

Through the years, ����԰ has offered study abroad programs in countries like Russia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Our current focus is on developing new travel programs to Yellowstone National Park and to Liberia, West Africa.
